Day o1: Kochi – Munnar: (130 Km)
Welcome to God’s Own Country. Upon arrival our representative will greet you at Kochi Airport and proceed to Munnar, the place where the unfolded green carpet is waiting for you. Munnar is breathtakingly beautiful, a haven of peace and tranquility – the idyllic tourist destination in God’s own country. Munnar is the gateway of Hills in South India. On the way you can also watch the lovely waterfalls in Cheeyappara and colorful flowers in Blossom Garden. Reach & check-in at the hotel and relax for a while amidst the comforts of your room. Explore rest of the day along with the nature. Overnight stay at the Hotel/Resort.
Day o2: Munnar: Local Sightseeing
Enjoy delicious breakfast in hotel. Later proceed for a morning sightseeing trip of Munnar; visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, visit Mattupetty Dam which offers many fascinating sights to relish. The Shola forests around Mattupetty are ideal for trekking and bird watching, with the variety of birds found there. Kundala is a picturesque town located at the confluence of three mountain streams namely Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Enroot visit Echo Point, View Point & green carpet of Tea Gardens. Overnight stay at the Hotel/Resort.
Day 03: Munnar – Thekkady: (120 Km)
Enjoy delicious breakfast in hotel, check out from hotel and depart for Thekkady by road. En route visit the panoramic Western Ghat hills covered with spice plantations and an occasional view of waterfalls and streams, several types of spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon and clove. Thekkady in India’s largest wildlife sanctuary is a dream destination for any tourist visiting India. The 120 years old ‘Surki’ dam built across Peryiar, Poorna in Vedic parlance, is a major tourist attraction. This sanctuary is spread over an area of 777 Sq. Kms, surrounded by an artificial lake over an area of 25 Sq. Kms. The Country’s sole Tiger reserve, Thekkady, with its bountiful treasures of tropical flora and fauna is the ultimate reservoir of many an endangered species and a rich tribal culture. Thekkady is a pleasant heaven on earth for those who love nature in its wild manifestations. On arrival at Thekkady, check into hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Thekkady.
Day 04: Thekkady – Kovalam (210 Km)
Enjoy delicious breakfast in hotel, checkout from hotel and transfer to Kovalam. Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favorite haunt of tourists, Sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programmers and catamaran cruising are some of them. The tropical sun acts so fast that one can see the faint blush of coppery tan on the skin in a matter of minutes. Life on the beach begins late in the day and carries on well into the night. On arrival at Kovalam check into Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure on the beach at Kovalam enjoy the scene of Arabian waves embracing virgin sands in Kerala. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 05: Kovalam – Trivandrum Sightseeing
Enjoy delicious breakfast in hotel. Get ready to explore Trivandrum, visit 260 year old Sri Padmanabh Swami Temple, covers an area of 2400 sq. Km, Puthan Maliga Palace Museum 200 year old Palace of the Travancore Maharaja’s, Napier Museum which has an electric display of bronzes, Zoo, Temple Carts, Ivory Carvings etc. and visit Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Return to hotel. Rest of time relax at the Beach. Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 06: Kovalam – Kanyakumari (100 Km)
Breakfast at hotel, checkout from hotel and proceed to Kanyakumari. Kanyakumari is the southernmost tip of India, also the meeting point of the Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, 133 feet Thiruvalluvar Statue, Kanyakumari Temple, Gandhi Memorial and Triveni Sangam etc. Padmanabhapuram Palace, the biggest wooden palace in Asia, it was the erstwhile capital of the Princely State Travancore. It is situated in near Thuckalay on the way to Kanyakumari. This is a well preserved wooden palace with extraordinary murals, exquisite floral carvings and the black glossy floorings. Suchindram Temple, this temple is dedicated to Sthanumalaya (Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma).The 135 feet tall Gopura, 18 feet Hanuman Statue and the musical pillars are of great architectural value. Visit Sunset point and return back to hotel, overnight stay in hotel.
Day 07: Kanyakumari – Alleppey (250 Km)
Enjoy delicious breakfast in hotel, check out from hotel & process to Alleppey. Alleppey or Alappuzha is the Venice of the East; It is famous for its boat races, backwater holidays, beaches, marine products and coir industry. Alappuzha beach is a popular picnic spot. The pier, which extends into the sea here, is over 137 years old. Entertainment facilities at the Vijaya Beach Park add to the attraction of the beach. There is also an old lighthouse nearby which is greatly fascinating to visitors. Enjoy the magic of backwater by going on a optional ride at Houseboat (Kettuvallam) / Shikara cruising across the backwaters. Houseboat/ Shikara cruising is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 08: Alleppey – Departure (90 Km)
Enjoy delicious breakfast in hotel, checkout from hotel and transfer to Kochi Airport to catch your flight.

(b) To accept any alternative tour or holiday which we may offer.
(c) To choose full refund option, however if any travel components booked such as Air Ticket, Hotel, Visa, Transport, Travel Insurance Etc. Refund will be calculate accordingly.
STAR CLASSIFICATION OF HOTELS
Star classification of Hotels as 5 Star, 4 Star and so on is provided to the Company by the hotels/ supplier of the hotel & travel component. The Company endeavor to validate and authenticate this information in utter good faith. The Company cannot be held liable for wrong and inaccurate information provided to the Company. Descriptions, photographs, sketches and list of amenities/facilities are also provided and this information is obtained from the supplier of the hotel travel component. It is advisable to all tourists, check hotel rating, room size, room amenities, services, and facilities directly with hotels or their website.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Generally one suitcase not exceeding 20kgs and one piece of cabin baggage not exceeding 5kgs is permitted. But, it is always advisable to check with the specific Airlines/Overseas Tour Operator/Transporter. Allowance may vary from transporter to transporter. As is the common practice, one piece of luggage is to be with linear dimensions (Length + Height + Width) not exceeding 45 inches. The Transporter may charge extra amount for the excess baggage. Against loss or late delivery of baggage payment for the same is subject to conditions laid down by the airline/overseas tour operator/hotel. In Air Asia, Jet Star, Fly Scoot and other low cost carrier only offer one piece of cabin baggage not exceeding 5kgs. It is client responsibility to ensure your luggage weight and make arrangement with airlines accordingly. The Company will not be liable to the passenger for any case of late delivery or loss of baggage weather caused by any airlines, tour operator or hotel or by anyone else.
MEALS
Generally number of breakfast is always corresponding to the number of nights booked by the Tourist in the hotel with respect to Continental Meal Plan (CP). Hotels do not provide breakfast on the day of arrival. The Company reserves the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. The meals are preset/buffet and choice of menu is not available.
TRANSFERS
All transfers are provided according to Itinerary on basis of Seat in Coach (SIC) same is on sharing basis. Private vehicle basis depending upon the tour/tour option booked by customers.
Sightseeing Tours: Transportation is provided on the basis of Seat in Coach (SIC) same is on sharing basis or Private vehicle basis depending upon the tour/tour option booked.
Airport Transfer: Transportation is provided on the basis of Seat in Coach (SIC) same is on sharing basis or Private vehicle basis depending upon the transfer/transfer option booked.
CURRENCY
We suggests the Tourist/Group to carry minimum USD 500 per person or equivalent currency, partly in cash, partly in traveler Cheque or traveler card. It is advisable to arrange the same at least a week before departure. Traveler Cheque are safest way to carry money as they are easily cashed for a small service charge and can be replaced, if they are stolen or lost. We will not be responsible for any loss of exchange / Currency.
MODE / FORM OF PAYMENT
The payment of entire package has to be settled ten (10) working days prior the scheduled departure date by Cash / NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS & Cheque in official account of Go Trip India. The foreign Currency availed by of BTQ / LERMS by the Tourist/Group for the purpose of the tour, is part of the tour package. Hence, part of such foreign currency as shown on the Hotel Voucher should be handed over to the overseas tour operator / travel component supplier immediately on reaching the destination. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of arrangements / services by the tour operator / travel component supplier or any other action which the overseas tour operator / travel component supplier may deem fit as per the circumstances of the case.
LIABILITY
Go Trip India is acting as Tour Operator for the Domestic Tour & International Tour or travel component supplier and is travel agent only. The information given in the brochure is as accurate as we can make it. However, circumstances can change due to events beyond such as, any change in Flight Timing, Flight Route, Hotel Change, Tour Itinerary & Route change due to natural climate issue, political issue, technical issue & major roadwork etc. Where we knows of these sufficiently in advance, will notify the Tourist/Group. We do not control any Airline, Cruise/ Ship Company, Coach/ Coach company, Hotels, Visa, Transport and other facility or travel component in tour package/ tour component availed by the Tourist/Group. We only selects and co-ordinates travel component according to client requirement. Go Trip India shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, deficiency in service or damage, if any, caused by any act or omission of the management or employees or any independent contractor of any airlines, shipping company etc.

Declaration for Basic Travel Quota (BTQ)
I declare that the information given above by me are true and correct to my knowledge. I declare that the exchange applied for together with the exchange already availed does not exceed $10,000/- in this financial year. I further confirm that I am an Indian Citizen and intent to return to India. I further undertake that the transaction is not designed to contravene or evade the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999) or any of the Rules/ Notifications/ Directions issued under the Act.
Declaration for Business Travel (BT) Liberalized Exchange Rate Management System (LERMS)
It is certified that the expense for the above trip are being met by the company/ firm. We undertake that the foreign exchange withdrawn will be used for the purpose stated above. We further undertake that the transaction is not design to contravene or evade that provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or any of the Rules/ Notifications/ Directions issued under the Act.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Airline Cancellation Policy:-
In case of Low Cost Airlines, Air Asia, Scoot Airways, Jet Star, Air Arabia and other nonrefundable airlines/promo fares etc. full cancellations will be charged + Go Trip India service charge.
In case of refundable airlines, cancellation will be calculated with respective of fare & Airline policy + Go Trip India service charge.
Cruise Cancellation Policy:-
Once cruise booking is confirmed, it is totally non-refundable and 100% cancellation will be charge against cruise booking + Go Trip India service charge.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:-
In case of nonrefundable hotels booking, full cancellation will be charged + Our service charge.
In refundable Hotels booking, cancellation will be calculated as per hotel policy + Our service charge.
Sightseeing Tours & Airport Transfers:-
If cancellation made between 0 – 7 Working days of departure – 100% cancellation will be charge.
If cancellation made between 7 – 15 Working days of departure – 50% cancellation will be charge.
If cancellation made between 15 – 30 Working days of departure – 25% cancellation will be charge.
If cancellation made more than 30 Working days prior No cancellation will be charged only Service charge INR 450 Per Person need to pay.

FOG ALERT
Go Trip India will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortening of tour in relation to tour shown in itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any airlines due to any reason whatsoever including fog or bad weather and the tickets/package are issued subject to the conditions herein.
